Ms. Vadie has worked in the flow cytometry field with many prestigious institutions such as Houston’s renowned M.D. Anderson and St. Luke’s hospitals. Her duties at M.D. Anderson included reviewing all quality control and quality assurance documents, as well as reviewing reports of stem cell enumeration after stimulation, selection, and harvest of CD34. At St. Luke’s Hospital she was responsible for setting up the laboratory; establishing protocols, procedures, quality controls, manuals, record keeping, operating flow cytometer (CoulterXL), and setting up panels for lymphoma and leukemia analysis on any type of tissue received in the laboratory.
