Dr. Oscar Mangini is the co-founder and president of Applied Diagnostics and Mangini, Lakhia, Delahoussaye and Associates. He has held the position of medical director with various laboratories, including the West Houston Medical Center, Alief General Hospital, and Westbury General Hospital in Houston, Texas.
Dr. Mangini currently serves as laboratory inspector for the CAP Laboratory Accreditation Program. Among his many accomplishments, he was elected president of the Houston Society of Clinical Pathologists in Houston, Texas, and president of the Cordoba Society of Pathologists in Cordoba, Argentina.
Dr. Mangini is a graduate of the Medical School at the ‘Universidad de Cordoba’ in Argentina. He received his Anatomical and Clinical Pathology residency training from the Methodist Hospital of Central Illinois and St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital in Houston, Texas.
